You are what you eat.
Most importantly, you are what you think.
I am a teen mother who has been the first to complete college, earn a graduate degree, and start a legitimate business in her family. I purchased my first home before 30 years old and made my first six figures. I cannot tell you in a blog or even a book the time, healing, support, and dedication this took. What I can tell you is that if I can do it, you can do it too. Everything that I am and everything that I will become was possible because I believed it to be. Whenever I didn't have a way, I still looked. I still prayed, I still cried, I still kept going.
How did I keep going? My biggest advice to you, change the way you think. Your mind will be what takes you from your reality to your dreams. I didn't know how, or when, or the path but I thought and always think of myself constantly elevating. My second big advice is to read. However, I know that sometimes we don't always have the time to do so. So here's some videos you can listen to in the car... and of course (as you will see in every blog) my favorite books on training your thoughts:
- "The Power of the Subconscious Mind" by Joseph Murphy. Train your thoughts, train the internal and it will pour externally. This book will break down the power of your thoughts and gives easy habits to build to start unlocking the tools that you already have. Don't feel like reading it? Listen, I get it but I STILL want you to receive the message. CLICK HERE for the YouTube summary of this book.
- "Leave Your Mind Behind" by Matthew McKay
- Listen to "Your Mind is the Key to Your Success" by Les Brown.
- Listen to "Learn to be Your Own Rescue" by Lisa Nichols.
