Yes! You're halfway thru your affirmations sis and have found your way to the blog that contains my two favorite books. Why? Well because they focus on energy and energy is emotion. We are all an energy source. We are all emotion. That infamous quote, "birds of a feather flock together" it is true. We have to be conscious of who we are around everyday. Their energy can easily project from themselves to you. We also have to be conscious of the energy we are giving off. Sometimes it is not them it is you.
